Choosing Positive over Negative

What we feel affects our lives. Positive emotions enable us to change our lives for the better. Feeling grateful, for example, will attract more things to feel grateful for. How are you feeling? The following lists serve as emotional checklists. The characteristics listed under ëFeeling Positive' lead to positive emotions, just as those listed under ëFeeling Negative' lead to negative emotions. Which words describe you? Ensure that the emotions you are choosing to release are positive ones. Make choices that will change your life for the better.

The Seven Magic Tools

MAGIC TOOL: Patience, felt in the crown chakra. Many of our greatest discoveries and inventions were created after years of trial and frustration. Knowledge and understanding are born of patience.

MAGIC TOOL: Belief, felt in the third eye chakra. Build belief by setting achievable goals and acting on the desire to achieve them. Remember to stretch your belief just a little whenever you can.

MAGIC TOOL: The will to share, felt in the throat chakra. In our most basic of desires we all have a will to share and help others. Sometimes greed or lust clouds this desire. Become clear and balanced, and give something back to society.

MAGIC TOOL: Love, felt in the heart chakra. The reward of love is love. We won't get love unless we attract it by feeling love, without expectation of return.

MAGIC TOOL: Desire, felt in the solar plexus chakra. Desire is like the starter on the car. When we turn the ignition and the starter ignites, everything else is set into motion.

MAGIC TOOL: Honesty, felt in the sacral chakra. Truth is the only way to light.

MAGIC TOOL: Gratitude, felt in the root chakra. Take the opportunity to show gratitude each time that you eat, gratitude for all the gifts of life. Gratitude attracts more gratitude. Be grateful for everything.
